Lisa Bennett is co-founder of Scott & Lisa, a brand and creative consultancy that helps Founders, CEOs and CMOs build their brands through brand strategy, brand identity, and creative content across every platform. She is also Fractional CMO for Southwood Financial and serves on the Texas Immersive Institute Advisory Board.

Over the course of her career, Lisa has transformed agencies, created award-winning content, mentored talent at all levels and built brands across every category. She’s led the creative charge on some of the world’s most iconic brands including McDonald’s, Disney, Coca-Cola, Heinz, Delta Airlines, Dell Technologies, Yahoo, Intel and The Clorox Company. Lisa has served in senior creative roles such as Chief Creative Officer/Managing Partner of DDB West, EVP/ECD at Leo Burnett, Chief Creative Officer of TM Advertising and Chief Creative Officer of Laughlin Constable.

In addition to her extensive agency experience, Lisa held the position of Vice President, Global Brand at Dell Technologies and Head of Dell Blue, the company’s 200 person in-house creative agency. In this role, she had oversight to a global team of copywriters, art directors, producers, editors, account managers, strategists and designers who produce thousands of pieces of content for Dell Technologies and Alienware annually. She managed a multi-million dollar budget, the agency operations team and the global brand team. Lisa led the evolution of Dell’s global brand strategy, identity and guidelines which were rolled out to the entire organization and marketing partners worldwide.

Prior to joining Dell, Lisa was Executive Director in the Moody College of Communication at The University of Texas at Austin. She was responsible for building, launching and overseeing day-to-day operations of The Lab, a collective of student agencies in the School of Advertising & Public Relations. Lisa attracted client sponsors such as Amazon, Dell Technologies, Molson Coors Beverage Company and e.l.f. Beauty to collaborate with students on integrated campaign projects with the goal of preparing them for careers in marketing.

Lisa’s work has been recognized at top award shows with the highest honors including a Gold Cannes Lion, D&AD Yellow Pencil and induction into the Clio Awards Design Hall of Fame. She has been a speaker at numerous conferences such as SXSW, The HS Operations Conference and One Club Creative Week. Lisa has served on multiple international juries including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, Effie Awards, New York Festivals and Clio Awards. Advertising Age named Lisa one of 21 to Watch in the 21st Century and Business Insider named her one of the Most Creative Women in Advertising.
